Terms & Conditions 1. Relevant Business Type All applicants who wish to be included in the Hutchens IT Web Directory must be a business or organisation in the web, graphic or database design industry. The business must have a website which is responsive to the public over 98% of the time. Companies which are deemed to be outside these core areas will not be activated in the directory. 2. Reciprocal Link In order to receive a listing the Hutchens IT Web Directory, the applicant must provide a reciprocal link to www.hutchens.com.au from the listed domain, in HTML format as demonstrated. These links will be checked prior to activation. If the links are removed in the future, then the listing on the Hutchens IT Web Directory will be removed. 3. Removal Although not being our intention, Hutchens IT may, at its discretion, reject or remove any businesses or organisations from its index for any reason at any time without notice or explanation. 4. Privacy Hutchens IT keeps all applicant information private, confidential and secure, according to our Privacy Policy. 5. One Application Only Applicants can only submit their site to one of the three chosen areas: web design, graphic design or database design. Applicants may also one submit to one physical location. Some towns and cities are yet to be introduced into the Directory, and rather than limit the directory to strict zones, we welcome any new design firms from geographical locations different from those listed. 6. Acceptance Once an appliation has been reviewed and accpeted, Hutchens IT will notify the applicant of the location of the directory listing via the email address provided in the application form. Applicants who are unsuccessful will not be notified. All enquiries regarding applications are to be sent through our contact form.
