Young & Connell is a Western Australian legal practice established in 2002 by its directors, Peter Young and Joanne Connell.
We practise in the areas of property and business law, primarily in property development, capital raising and debt funding for property projects, town planning, subdivisions and strata titles, property acquisitions and sales, management and leasing.
Most of our clients are involved in the property industry. They include property developers, builders, investment fund managers, syndicate operators, real estate agents, corporate and private investors with property assets.
Our lawyers have a wealth of experience gained primarily as partners and senior associates of major national law firms.
