Harry Ferrante began his career in 1961. his family has been running restaurants in Italy and the USA.
Harry is President of the Restaurant and Catering Industry Association of WA, junior vice president of the National Association he is a Fellow of the Catering Institute of Australia. In addition he has been inducted, with his wife Kristina, in the Restaurant and Catering Industry Association Hall of Fame and As a Legend of the Hospitality Industry, by the Premier of Western Australia.
In 2004 he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia and received an AM for services rendered in the field of hospitality and training in Western Australia.
Harry Ferrante and his family have over a period of over 50 years, been the owners of establishments that have won numerous Awards for dining Excellence.
